Terms
ToxicCo is a free, fan-made private Conquer Online server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TQ Digital or NetDragon. Conquer Online and its content belong to their owners.
Playing
- Follow the rules. Trash talk is part of the game; cheating isn't.
- Accounts can be banned for cheating: bots, hacks, packet tools, exploiting bugs, or anything that gets around the anti-cheat. Banned accounts lose access to everything on them, including Donation Points and donated items.
- One person, one login. Don't share, sell or buy accounts.
- The server is offered as is. It can go down, be reset or close, and things can change at any time.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary. The game is free to play without donating.
- As a thank-you you receive Donation Points (1 USD = 1 DP) on your account, which you can spend in game on VIP coins and garments. Donation Points and the items have no cash value and are not a purchase of property.
- Donation Points can't be traded, sold or moved to another account. They are added from a completed PayPal payment or by a GM, and every change is logged.
- No refunds once the Donation Points have been delivered to your account. If something went wrong before that, contact us.
- Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute for a delivered donation can lead to the points being removed and the account being banned.
