Privacy

ToxicCo is a small fan-made game server. We keep only what we need to run your account.

What we store

• Account: your username and your password (stored the way the game login server needs it), the date you signed up.
• E-mail: used to activate your account and to keep it to one account per e-mail. Never shown to other players, never sold or shared.
• IP address: kept with sign-ups, logins and donations to stop abuse, bots and fraud.
• Game data: your characters, items and in-game activity, including anti-cheat checks.
• Donations: if you donate, PayPal handles the payment. We receive and keep the PayPal order and transaction ids, the amount, your PayPal payer id and the e-mail PayPal reports, so a GM can match and credit your Donation Points and handle disputes. We never see your card or bank details.

Who sees it

Only the server owner and GMs, to run the game and handle problems. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups come from humans.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep your forms safe and keep you logged in to the shop. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

Ask us at from the e-mail on your account and we will delete your account and e-mail. Donation records are kept as long as needed for payment disputes.
